Bump, 32, Marshfield, was fined $6,278.21 for present/cause fraudulent insurance claim (greater than $2,500, as party to a crime). He was sentenced to 180 days in local jail and will be required to pay restitution. A charge of resisting or obstructing an officer was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Jesse David Albrecht, 24, Abbotsford, was fined $2,094 for manufacture/deliver amphetamine (greater than 3 to 10 grams), manufacture/deliver Schedule I or II narcotics and neglecting a child (no specific harm and child less than 6 years old or has a disability). He was sentenced to three years in state prison and three years of extended supervision. He is to have no consumption/possession of controlled substances, drug paraphernalia or alcohol; and no entry into any premises with the primary purpose of selling alcohol. He is to have no contact with any known drug users, dealers or drug houses. He is also to complete a parenting class. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record include another count of neglecting a child (no harm and child less than 6 years or has a disability), another count of manufacture/deliver amphetamine (greater than 3 to 10 grams), another count of manufacture/deliver Schedule I or II narcotics, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possessing with intent (THC, greater than 200 to 1,000 grams), possession of narcotic drugs, possession of cocaine/coca and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Renee C. Filla, 51, Neillsville, was fined $1,529 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, second). She had her license revoked 12 months. She was sentenced to 15 days in local jail, with one day jail credit. She will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment. Charges of ignition interlock device tampering/ failure to install/violate court order and operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/ refusal) were dismissed but read in to the court record.

Aaron T. Lowe, 29, Hixton, was fined $518 for second- degree recklessly endangering safety (repeater). Charges of vehicle operator flee/elude officer (repeater), resisting or obstructing an officer (repeater) and operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal) were dismissed but read in to the court record.

Carlos De La Cruz Espino, 48, Abbotsford, was fined $443 for battery. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for one year. Another charge of battery was dismissed but read in to the court record, as well as a charge of disorderly conduct.

Various forfeitures (organized by dollar amount) Cody T. Hamm, 24, Medford, was fined $8,976 for two counts of illegal shining of deer, elk or bear. He was subject to a DNR license revocation/suspension.

Assir Ramirez-Perez, 36, Chili, was fined $831 for ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order (second-plus). A charge of operating while revoked (forfeiture second) was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Justin Michael Farmer, 42, Fairchild, was fined $656.54 for two counts of retail theft.

Luke K. Lobacz, 44, Greenwood, was fined $602.60 for failure of occupant to notify police of accident and failure to keep vehicle under control.

David Lopez Pena, 31, Colby, was fined $602.60 for failure of occupant to notify police of accident and failure to keep vehicle under control.

Victor Manuel Lopezortiz, 24, Curtiss, was fined $579 for operating without a valid license (second within three years).

Jesse T. Black, 34, Neillsville, was fined $543 for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments, repeater).

Joseph Edward Baures, 42, Neillsville, was fined $515.50 for obstructing or interfering with an officer.

Elizabeth S. Mollan, 34, Greenwood, was fined $453 for operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal – fourth-plus, repeater). Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were misdemeanor bail jumping (repeater) and other count of operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/ refusal – fourth-plus, repeater). Christopher Jorge James Vukasovich, 26, Stanley, was fined $443 for disorderly conduct.

Michelle Denise Klimmer, 34, Spencer, was fined $413.60 for unreasonable and imprudent speed, and operating while revoked (forfeiture first).

Tristan Rae Hill, 28, Thorp, was fined $389.50 for shoplifting/ theft. Dayne William Vojtik, 21, Fairchild, was fined $389.50 for failure of operator to notify police of accident.

Elizabeth Jean Zinda, 33, Abbotsford, was fined $325.40 for cracked/damaged vehicle windshield and failure to display license plates.

Reese Gilbert Salaz, 37, Neillsville, was fined $305.30 for theft of property.

Oleg W. Zalizniak, 70, Chili, was fined $303.30 for possess/ loan/borrow another’s license. Scott Logan Zalizniak, 30, Marshfield, was fined $303.30 for possess/loan/borrow another’s license.

Shane Edward Gollon, 19, Thorp, was fined $263.50 for disorderly conduct – county/municipality.

James Allen Isenberger, 67, Stanley, was fined $263.50 for trespass to land.

Robby Joel Jaeger, 41, Spring Valley, was fined $225.70 for speedometer violations, amended from speeding on expressway (16-19 mph). Isassc Lewis Donaldson, 26, New Auburn, was fined $200.50 for operating a motorcycle without a valid license.
