Stenberg, 23, Blair, was fined $43,166 for theft of movable property greater than $10,000 to $100,000 (as party to a crime). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for five years. Five counts of bail jumping (four felony counts and one misdemeanor count) were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Robert Allen Wilkinson, 55, Fairchild, was fined $2,535 for possession of methamphetamine (repeater), two counts of felony bail jumping (repeater) and carrying a concealed knife (repeater). His sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for six years. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record include misdemeanor bail jumping (repeater) and possession of drug paraphernalia (repeater).
Megan M. Mahl, 29, Owen, was fined $1,816 for two counts of manufacturing/delivering an amphetamine (greater than 3 to 10 grams, with one count as party to a crime). Her sentence was withheld and she was placed on probation for four years. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record include two additional counts of manufacturing/ delivering an amphetamine (greater than 3 to 10 grams, with one count as party to a crime), maintaining a drug trafficking place (as party to a crime), neglecting a child (no harm and child is younger than 6 years or has a disability), possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia (as party to a crime).
Sena D. Neff, 56, Willard, was fined $831 for a hit and run. Her sentence was withheld and she was placed on probation for one year. She also will be required to complete 20 hours of community service.
Scott Thomas Worlund, 29, Pittsville, was fined $389.50 for reckless driving – endangering safety. He had his license revoked six months.
Various forfeitures (organized by dollar amount) New Chester Dairy LLC, Freedom, was fined $1,300 for failure to allow headlamp selection/at/will, amended from violating Class A highway weight limits.
Thomas M. Perry, 35, Granton, was fined $1,212.80 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, first) and deviation from designated lane. He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Lester Jose Molina Cruz, 26, Colby, was fined $1,119 for OWI (first, prohibited alcohol concentration greater than or equal to 0.15). He will be required to use an ignition interlock device. He had his license revoked seven months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Gregorio Montoya-Salgado, 36, Merrill, was fined $886 for operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/ controlled substance/refusal) and resisting or obstructing an officer.
Aroldo Ramirez Jiguan, 21, Abbotsford, was fined $443 for operating without a valid license (second within three years).
Daniel Santiago Velasco, 26, Abbotsford, was fined $443 for operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/ controlled substance/refusal). Daniel S. Moore, 39, Neillsville, was fined $401 for operating while revoked (forfeiture first) and a license restriction violation (Class D or M vehicle).
Antonette M. Munoz, 53, Minneapolis, Minn., was fined $389.50 for a Uniform Controlled Substance Act violation, amended from possession of THC.
Mary Jean Newman, 63, Neillsville, was fined $389.50 for possession of THC.
David Scott Schutz, 41, Neillsville, was fined $389.50 for operating while revoked (forfeiture fourth).
Adam William Pavlovich, 39, Kenosha, was fined $343.50 for take/attempt to take game without valid authorization or tag.
Roxanne E. White, 38, Granton, was fined $300 for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments), amended from disorderly conduct.
Travis B. Rice, 41, Neillsville, was fined $271.49 for retail theft.
Nelson Esai Ontiveros, 28, Loyal, was fined $200.50 for violation of child safety restraint requirements – child 4 years but less than 8 years (second within three years).
Alfredo Ortiz Bautista, 24, Abbotsford, was fined $200.50 for operating while revoked (forfeiture first).
Hunter Stone Wagner, 25, Pittsville, was fined $200.50 for operating while revoked (forfeiture first).
