Court dates March 1–15 Violations resulting in incarceration Phillip Paul Leu, 34, Owen, was fined $1,819 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, fifth or sixth). He was sentenced to 18 months in state prison and three years of extended supervision. His license was revoked for three years and he will be required to use an ignition interlock device.

Jeremy Henaman, 34, Spencer, was fined $1,018 for possession of child pornography. He was sentenced to three years of state prison and two years of extended supervision. Another charge of possession of child pornography was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Paul Stanley Prusinski, 54, Oshkosh, was fined $453 for sexual intercourse with a child 16 or older, actor 19 or older. He was sentenced to nine months in local jail and will be required to be registered as a sex offender for 15 years.

Various forfeitures (organized by dollar amount) Micheal G. Schreck, 55, Chippewa Falls, was fined $952.50 for operating an ATV or UTV while intoxicated, amended from ATV or UTV – cause injury while intoxicated.

Rick Allen Stratton, 57, Nekoosa was fined $866.10 for failure to keep vehicle under control, possess open intoxicants in motor vehicle – driver and failure of operator to notify police of accident.

Daniel Charles Buchanan, 55, Owen, was fined $653 for illegal passing of a school bus reported and failure to stop for unloading school bus.

Mario Alberto Gutierrez Guillen, 23, Spencer, was fined $453 for operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal). A charge of ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Dean Eugene Prindle, 49, Humbird, was fined $450 for a breeding place for vermin; abandoned, junked vehicle and appliances prohibited; and public nuisance – continuous violation of township ordinances.

Jalsvin Eliel Jarquin Jarquin, 22, Marshfield, was fined $443 for operating without a valid license (third-plus within three years).

Jason Patrick Borgen, 32, Hewitt, was fined $401 for operating while revoked (forfeiture first) and automobile following too closely.

Juan Carlos Juarez, 29, Milwaukee, was fined $389.50 for possession of THC.

Zachary Scott Leach, 28, Menomonie, was fined $200.50 for disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle, amended from speeding on an expressway (20-24 mph).
