Found guilty

Bailee Darling, 21, of Wausau, was found guilty due to a guilty plea of OWI first offense and was ordered to pay $1,120.50. An ignition interlock device was ordered, her license was revoked for seven months and she must undergo an alcohol assessment. Charges of operating with a PAC >= .15 and underage drinking/possession were dismissed on the prosecutor’s motion.

Leydin Florez Valdez, 29, of Medford, was found guilty due to a guilty plea of an amended charge of operate without carrying a license, amended from operate without a valid license (second within three years) and was ordered to pay $393.50.

Jorge Santiago Pena, 22, of Colby, was found guilty due to a guilty plea of an amended charge of operate without carrying a license, amended from operate without a valid license (third within three years) and was ordered to pay $393.50.

Brittany Volkman, 33, of Medford, was found guilty due to a contest plea of operating while suspended and non-registration of a vehicle - auto <10,000 lbs. and was ordered to pay $375.80. Charges of operating left of center, failure to keep vehicle under control and failure of operator to notify policy of an accident were dismissed on prosecutor’s motions.

Francisco Tinoco Joyas, 45, of Abbotsford was found guilty due to a no contest plea of an amended charge of disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay $330.50.

Pleas entered

Jonathon Birge, 38, of Marshfield, pled not guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer.

Jeremy Mayotte, 43, of Medford pled not guilty to charges of battery-domestic abuse and disorderly conduct- domestic abuse. Martevious Watts, 31, of Medford, pled not guilty to charges of disorderly conduct, two counts of bail jumping - misdemeanor, and resisting or obstructing an officer.

Divorce

On March 11 divorce was granted in Taylor County Circuit Court to Christopher Clark Townsend of Medford and Gina Marie Waltrip of Medford.
