Youngsters in the Rock Creek Rangers 4-H Club of Greenwood performed “The Day the Crayons Quit” in the annual Clark County 4-H Performing Arts Festival on March 2 at the Thorp High School. Shown are (crayon box, front, l-r) Iris Raese, Lucy Ruzic, Josie Raese, Cruz Niemann, (back) Maddy Place, Ella Wynn and Olive Volovsek. Emily Dorwarldt (left) served as narrator. The kids scored a 23/30 for a red ribbon performance and received the Over the Top Makeup award. Dorwaldt earned Best Actress and Ruzic received the Best One-Liner award. Taylor County Moving for a Cure fundraiser is Friday, May 16

The 10th annual Taylor County Moving for a Cure cancer fundraiser is Friday, May 16, starting at 6:30 p.m. at Medford City Park. The 5K Walk registration begins at 5:30pm.
