David Barrett, 63, of Sheldon, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of improper parking off roadway and was ordered to pay $164.50.
Marlene Eisner, 69, of Stetsonville, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of OWI (2nd). Court orders a fine of $1,555.00, 35 days jail with Huber privileges and good time. Defendant is to report no later than April 21, 2024 by 4:30 p.m., 1 day sentence credit. Also ordered are AODA and Driver Safety Plan, ignition interlock device, 15-month driver’s license revocation, $33 blood draw reimbursement, and 6 demerit points assessed against driver’s license. Defendant is to set up a payment plan with the Clerk of Court’s office for $100/month starting on April 1. Charges of resisting or obstructing an officer, operating with a PAC (2nd), and failure to keep vehicle under control, were dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.
Stacy Faucher, 52, of Abbotsford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of an amended charge of disorderly conduct as a county ordinance violation amended from disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay $330.50.
Marshall Fuchs, 24, of Medford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of operating a motor vehicle without insurance and was ordered to pay $200.50. He was also found guilty due to a no contest plea of non-registration of a vehicle - auto<10,000 lbs and was ordered to pay $175.30.
Dennis Henke, 55, of Medford, was found guilty due to a guilty plea of an amended charge of reckless driving, amended from OWI (3rd) and was ordered to pay $456.50. Henke also was found guilty due to a guilty plea of operating a motor vehicle without insurance and was ordered to pay $200.50.
Bruce Heppner, 64, of Medford, was found guilty due to a guilty plea of OWI (3rd). Court orders a fine in the amount of $2,652, 90 days jail with Huber privileges and good time with immediate report (2 days sentence credit), AODA and Driver Safety Plan, 28-month driver’s license revocation, $33 blood draw reimbursement, 6 demerit points assessed against driver’s license, DNA sample and surcharge fee. A count of Operating with PAC (3rd) was dismissed.
Samantha Lis, 42, of Gilman, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of an amended charge of disorderly conduct, amended from resisting/obstructing an officer and was ordered to pay $263.50.
Calvin Probst, 30, of Rib Lake, was found guilty due to a guilty plea of OWI (1st) and and was ordered to pay a fine and costs of $1,057.50, ignition interlock device, DOT license revoked for 7 months, and undergo and alcohol assessment. Charges of operating with a PAC>=.15 and possess open intoxicants in motor vehicle - driver, were dismissed.
Adán Villa-Herrera, 20, of Abbotsford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of an amended charge of operating without carrying a license, amended from operating without a valid license (2nd within 3 years)and was ordered to pay $393.50.
Kaeden Waldhart, 19, of Medford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of an amended charge of speeding in a 55 mph zone (1-10 mph), amended from exceeding speed zones (11-15 mph) and was ordered to pay $175.30. A charge of failing to stop at a stop sign was dismissed.
Ashton Wehe, 17, of Medford was found guilty of an amended charge of speeding on city highway (1-10 mph), amended from unreasonable and imprudent speed, and was ordered to pay $200.50. A charge of operating without carrying a license was dismissed.
Marshall Fuchs, 24, of Medford, pled not guilty to a charge of operating while revoked (revoked due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal). A $1,000 signature bond was ordered and a pretrial conference set for March 6 at 3:45 p.m.
Michael Grant, 63, of Medford, pled not guilty to disorderly conduct- domestic abuse. A $500 signature bond was ordered and was amended to allow the defendant to go back to Alaska. Victim also signed the waiver of no contact and that was signed by the Court. Bond now reflects that there is no violent contact and that Grant cannot discuss the case with the victim. Pretrial conference is scheduled for March 12 at 1:30 p.m.
Francisco Tinoco Joyas, 45 of Abbotsford, pled not guilty to disorderly conduct - domestic abuse. A $1,000 signature bond was continued and a pretrial conference is scheduled for March 6 at 1 p.m.
A deferred prosecution agreement was approved for Isaac Kautzer, 17, of Medford, for Truancy (1st) and Truancy (2nd+).
A deferred prosecution agreement was approved for Todd Reinhart, 55 of Dorchester, for place material - feed/ attract wild animals; burning without a permit- intensive area; and two counts of interfere with hunting/fishing/ trapping.
A charge of theft against Yoladis Mallen Luis, 36, of Curtiss, was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
The following divorces were granted in Taylor County Circuit Court on February 12: Amber Webster of Gilman and Jacob Kuznar of Sheldon; Richard Meistad of Gilman and Rachel Michelle O’Brien of Cadott; Jordan Henke of Medford and Devon Wicks of Holcombe; The following divorces were granted on February 15: Jason Weir of Sheldon and Tammy Weir of Sheldon; Christine Kowalewski of Medford and Cole Noeldner of Chippewa Falls.
The following divorce was granted on February 22: Shane Messmann of Medford and Reen Messmann of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
