Williams, 25, Thorp, was fined $7,676.60 for two counts of theft – false representation less than or equal to $2,500. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for one year. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record include two counts of felony bail jumping.
Chad W. Johnson, 42, Eau Claire, was fined $4,148.50 for two counts of possession of a firearm while convicted of a felony (repeater), resisting an officer – substantial bodily harm/soft tissue injury (repeater) and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC, fifth or sixth, alcohol fine enhancer). He was sentenced to three years in state prison and five years of extended supervision. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record include intentionally point firearm at law enforcement officer, firefighter, EMT, etc. (repeater); operating while intoxicated (fifth or sixth); and three counts of battery or threat to a judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer (repeater).
Tyler James Pedersen, 32, Greenwood, was fined $1,894 for operating with a PAC (third). He was sentenced to 45 days in local jail. He had his license revoked for 24 months and will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.
Brian Scott Onsager, 36, Thorp, was fined $1,779 for battery (domestic abuse – infliction of physical pain or injury), misdemeanor bail jumping (domestic abuse assessments) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments). He was sentenced to 64 days in local jail and 18 months of probation. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record include three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping (domestic abuse assessments), two counts of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse), three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, one count of felony bail jumping (domestic abuse assessments) and one count of disorderly conduct.
Alyx Ray Pagenkopf, 29, Neillsville, was fined $1,772 for three counts of resisting or obstructing an officer, and disorderly conduct. They were placed on probation for two years. A charge of battery or threat to a judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Daniel W. Ure, 57, Granton, was fined $618 for felony bail jumping. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for two years. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record include stalking (domestic abuse repeater) and two counts of knowingly violate a domestic abuse order – injunction.
Matthew J. Zarins, 51, Withee, was fined $443 for resisting or obstructing an officer. He was sentenced to 10 days in local jail.
Various forfeitures (organized by dollar amount) Tylor Andrew Zondlo, 28, Medford, was fined $1,721.60 for failure of operator to notify police of accident, failure to keep vehicle under control and operating while intoxicated (OWI, first). His license was revoked six months and he will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Ramiro Ramirezsalinas, 30, no town listed, was fined $1,332.10 for OWI (first) and operating left of center. He had his license revoked seven months, and will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.
Benjamin B. Tomasello, 41, Neillsville, was fined $1,182.10 for failure to keep vehicle under control and OWI (first, amended from cause injury while operating under the influence). He had his license revoked seven months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment. A charge of causing injury while operating with a PAC (first, PAC less than 0.15) was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Alexis Marie Piatkowski, 29, Humbird, was fined $1,037.50 for OWI (first). She had her license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Wyatt Andrew Tomasek, 23, Chippewa Falls, was fined $911.50 for OWI (first). He had his license revoked for six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Ronald Allen Schumacher, 52, Neillsville, was fined $790.50 for failure to keep vehicle under control, failure of operator to notify police of accident and inattentive driving.
Uriel J. Rojas Castro, 34, Abbotsford, was fined $579 for carrying a concealed weapon.
Keyner Martinez Errera, 19, Curtiss, was fined $515.50 for speeding on expressway (35-plus mph, also had license suspended 15 days).
Crissey M. Morrissey, 41, Chippewa Falls, was fined $443 for possessing drug paraphernalia (as party to a crime).
Engell Bernardo Lopezlopez, 32, Greenwood, was fined $389.50 for failure of occupant to notify police of accident.
Stanley R. Thorson, 69, Neillsville, was fined $389.50 for failure of operator to notify police of accident.
Andy J. Hershberger, 19, Greenwood, was fined $343.50 for failure to register harvested animal within established timeframe.
Sonny Roy Pyka, 35, Greenwood, was fined $326.50 for disorderly conduct.
Steven Harry Lewallen, 60, Stanley, was fined $303.30 for possess/loan/borrow another’s license.
