Krueger opens Pioneer Financial Consultants in Medford

Matt Krueger has always had a passion for teaching and coaching, which has been evident for most of his life.

As a Medford native, Krueger has been present in our community as a student, athlete, coach and is now sharing his talent as the owner of Pioneer Financial Consultants, Inc. which opened earlier this year at 882 E. Perkins Street.

Pioneer Financial Consultants, Inc. is a financial planning firm with an emphasis on investment advisory and retirement planning services. The firm is proud to be client driven and client focused. According to Krueger, that means you are working with a team who values long-term client relationships and offers a unique, comprehensive approach.

“It isn’t simply about your accounts, it’s about you. Your goals. Your needs. Your concerns,” he said.

“As independent investment professionals, our team can work with you to develop an action plan that reflects your unique situation and are not captive to pre-selected products or funds. We work for you. We develop your plan together,” Krueger said.

Krueger is passionate about education and helping others. Following his high school graduation, he attended Lakeland College and obtained his Elementary Education degree. After six years in the classroom, Krueger followed his heart and entered the securities world knowing that this is where he could make a lifelong impact.

In true ‘teacher’ fashion, Krueger is committed to making sure that clients understand their options and can make educated decisions when it comes to financial, investment and insurance decisions. Krueger is grateful to his role models and mentors, Rick and Patty Flora for igniting the passion for this industry and places high priority on understanding clients’ needs and building relationships.

Krueger is an Investment Advisor Representative and holds both his Series 7 and Series 66 Securities licenses. He is a fiduciary, which is critically important in today’s world. This designation requires that Matt act in the clients’ best interest, not his own.

About Krueger

His biggest commitment is family. Krueger and his wife, Jessie (a teacher at Medford Area Middle School) welcomed their first child in 2023, a beautiful red haired, blue eyed baby boy named Rhett. Their family also includes a four year old yellow lab named Scout who enjoys bird hunting and exploring in the woods. Matt and Jessie both enjoy the outdoors, hunting, fishing, golfing, travel, campfires, cribbage, cards, board games and sports. They are also committed to heritage, and co-own the Krueger family farm outside of Rib Lake, Pioneer Farms.

Outside of the office, you will find Krueger volunteering and coaching youth. At this time he works with both the Medford High School baseball team as well as the Medford Legion Post 147 team.
