Found guilty

David Alexander, 41, of Westboro, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of an amended charge of speeding 55 mph zones (1-10 mph) amended from exceeding speeding zones (11-15 mph) and was ordered to pay $175.30.

Dante Axon, 18, of Medford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of possession of marijuana and was ordered to pay $263.50. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Daniel Bell, 23, of Roodhouse, Ill., was found guilty due to a no contest plea of battery. Court finds defendant guilty of the charge and orders a straight sentence with a $200 fine plus court costs ($505), DNA sample and surcharge fee ($200), and a letter of apology to the victim (already completed). Bell is to set up a payment plan with the Clerk of Court’s office of $50 monthly payments starting on March 1.

Alejandro Rodriguez, 31, of Dorchester, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of operating a motor vehicle without insurance and was ordered to pay $200.50.

Jake Wendt, 37, of Medford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of bail jumping - felony. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes. Court orders a withheld sentence and places the defendant on probation for a period of three years. Conditions of probation being: DNA sample and surcharge fee, payment of court costs, Wendt must maintain absolute sobriety, Wendt must seek counseling as deemed necessary by the agent. Court costs and surcharge fee total $518. Wendt to report to the Clerk of Courts office to add the costs/fees to his existing payment plan. He has 1 day of sentence credit in the event of a revocation.

Pleas entered

Joseph Berger, 39, of Rib Lake, pled not guilty to criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct - domestic abuse. Court orders a signature bond in the amount of $350 and a cash bond in the amount of $150 with the condition the defendant must comply with the booking process. Pretrial conference set for February 28 at 11:30 a.m. Status hearing set for March 20 at 10:30 a.m.

Tanya Berger, 39, of Rib Lake, pled not guilty to criminal damage to property. Court orders a signature bond in the amount of $500 with the condition the defendant must comply with the booking process. Pretrial conference set for February 28 at 11:45 a.m.. Status hearing set for March 20 at 10:45 a.m.

Magen Paul, 27, of Medford, pled not guilty to operating while revoked (revoked due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal).

Browdie Rodd, 29, of Glen Flora, pled not guilty to operating while revoked (revoked due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal), OWI (5th or 6th); and operating with a PAC (5th or 6th). Status hearing set for June 6 at 11:45 a.m.

Scot Vahl, 37, of Medford, pled not guilty to operating while suspended, OWI (1st), and possess an illegally obtained prescription. A signature bond of $500 was ordered with condition the defendant shall not operate a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license and shall not leave the state of Wisconsin without prior notice to and written approval of the court. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 8:45 a.m. on February 28.

Deferred prosecution

A deferred prosecution agreement was approved for Kaleb Dassow, 18, of Medford, for a charge of truancy — 1st.

A deferred prosecution agreement was approved for Tammy Radzinski, 51, of Monico, for a charge of trespassing.

Dismissed charges

Christopher Ladwig, 30, of Park Falls, had the following charges dismissed on prosecutor’s motion due to being deceased: bail jumping - misdemeanor; disorderly conduct - domestic abuse; battery - domestic abuse; intimidate victim/dissuade complaints.

Angel Radlinger, 34, of Medford, had a charge of nonregistration of vehicle - Auto <10,000 lbs dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
