Court dates Jan. 1-15 Violations resulting in incarceration or probation Phoenix Redsky Funmaker, 21, Neillsville, was fined $2,215 for two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, two counts of violate/harassment restraining order – injunction, and computer message – threaten/obscenity. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for three years. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were: three counts of violate/harassment restraining order – injunction; harassment – fear of death/injunction; battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer; stalking; three counts of felony bail jumping; and three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping.
Jewelene A.R. Quelle, 42, Spencer, was fined $1,715 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, second). She was sentenced to 20 days in local jail. She will be required to use an ignition interlock device and had her license revoked 14 months. A charge of felony bail jumping was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Stephanie P. Hanson, 39, Withee, was fined $1,379.50 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, first) and hit-andrun involving great bodily harm (as party to a crime). Her sentence was withheld and she was placed on probation for five years. She had her license revoked nine months. She will also be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment. A charge of injury/ use a vehicle with a PAC (prohibited alcohol concentration) – passenger less than age 16 was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Zachary R. Barr, 29, Colorado Springs, Colo., was fined $961 for neglecting a child (no harm and child less than 6 years or disability), and resisting or obstructing an officer. He was sentenced to nine months in local jail. Four additional counts of neglecting a child (no harm and child less than 6 years or disability) were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Benjamin A. Stadtler, 52, Roberts, was fined $996 for misdemeanor bail jumping and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for two years. A charge of substantial battery – intend bodily harm (domestic abuse – infliction of physical pain or injury) was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Josiah Nathaniel Rose, 25, Marshfield, was fined $568 for cause injury/operate – controlled substance (twoplus). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for three years. His license was revoked for 12 months and he will be required to use an ignition interlock device. Charges of misdemeanor bail jumping, possession of THC, disorderly conduct and operating with a restricted, controlled substance (second) were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Paul Stanley Prusinski, 54, Oshkosh, was fined $443 for theft of movable property less than or equal to $2,500 (repeater). He was sentenced to nine months in local jail. A charge of resisting or obstructing an officer (repeater) was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Tanya N. Todd, 35, Eau Claire, was fined $443 for disorderly conduct (use of a dangerous weapon).
Kenneth Allen Truman, 51, Owen, was fined $175.30 for failure to obey traffic officer/signal.
Heather R. Bergstrom, 29, Humbird, was charged with possession of methamphetamine. She had her jail sentence imposed and stayed, and was placed on probation for two years. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Various forfeitures (organized by dollar amount) Caleb Charles Williams, 18, Eau Claire, was fined $1,377 for OWI (first), refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest and a Uniform Controlled Substance Act violation. He had his license revoked 18 months. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.
Nathan K. Wright, 42, Monroe Center, Ill., was fined $1,376.30 for OWI (first), failure to stop at a stop sign and possession of drug paraphernalia. He will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Jamey L. Young, 49, Loyal, was fined $1,047.71 for disorderly conduct.
Brandon J. Allen, 39, Loyal, was fined $886 for resisting or obstructing an officer, and disorderly conduct.
Tamara Makeyeva Galeva, 40, Stanley, was fined $811.50 for OWI (first). Her license was revoked six months and she will be required to complete an alcohol assessment. A charge of operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.08 but less than 0.15 (first) was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Donovan David Dietzman, 33, Eau Claire, was fined $779 for unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jamie Otto Jensen, 57, Dorchester, was fined $724 for hunting within 50 feet of the road’s center; possessing birds, etc. in excess of bag limit; and loading/discharging a firearm/bow in or from a vehicle.
