Court dates Dec. 1-15 Violations resulting in incarceration or probation Michael J. Young, 40, Gilman, was fined $8,697.40 for second-degree recklessly endangering safety and possession of narcotic drugs. He was sentenced to two years in state prison and two years of extended supervision. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record include manufacturing/delivering heroin (less than 3 grams) and possessing drug paraphernalia.

Dale L. Wallace, 60, Humbird, was fined $3,127 for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC, fourth). He was placed on probation for two years and sentenced to 185 days in jail, with all but 90 days stayed pending successful completion of probation. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device and had his license revoked for 36 months. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record include felony bail jumping, ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order and operating while revoked (forfeiture first).

Ethan J. Ritger, 24, Chippewa Falls, was fined $1,429 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, second). He was sentenced to 10 days in local jail. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device for 12 months and had his license revoked for 12 months. He will also be subject to electronic monitoring. Charges of operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal fourth-plus) and operating with a PAC (second) were dismissed but read in to the court record.

Brandon T. Dupee, 30, Marshfield, was fined $1,313 for criminal damage to property. He was sentenced to five days in local jail, with three days’ credit.

Lenner Antonio Rojas Altamirano, 38, Black River Falls, was fined $618 for second-degree recklessly endangering safety (domestic abuse assessments). He was placed on probation for five years and his jail sentence was stayed. A charge of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) was dismissed but read in to the court record.

David B. Reuter, 54, Sturtevant, was fined $528 for a sex registry violation. He was sentenced to 12 months in local jail.

Dustin P. Hartzell, 25, Park Falls, was fined $443 for battery. He was placed on probation for 12 months and his sentence was withheld.

Hedilberto Salas Sanchez, 32, Loyal, was fined $389.50 for failure of operator to notify police of accident.

Various forfeitures (organized by dollar amount) Sauer Family Farms LLC, Thorp, was fined $6,435.75 for violating Class B highway weight limits.

Todd Jackson Trucking LLC, Lake City, Minn., was fined $3,502.27 for violating Class A highway weight limits.

TFP Transit LLC, Marathon, was fined $1,642 for raw forest product (six-axle) overweight violation (third-plus).

Noe Gamaliel Hernandez Montenegro, 28, Dorchester, was fined $1,577.80 for OWI (first), possessing open intoxicants in a motor vehicle – driver, and deviation from designated lane. He had his license revoked seven months and will be required to use an ignition interlock device.

Nielsen Transport LLC, Granton, was fined $1,538.85 for violation of seasonal crop weight limits.

Ever Alexis Vazquez Cruz, 24, Colby, was fined $1,294.30 for OWI (first) and deviation from designation from designated lane. Her license was revoked seven months, and she will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.

Walter Dean Spencer, 71, Neillsville, was fined $1,089 for place, use, hunt over or train dogs with unauthorized or illegal bait, greater than 25 gallons of bait; and place, use or hunt wild animals with bait (less than 5 gallons).

Todd Leo Hawkey, 49, Abbotsford, was fined $1,069 for operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.08 but less than 0.15 (first), amended from OWI (first) with a PAC of greater than or equal to 0.15. His license was revoked for seven months and he will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

Kevin Lamar Zimmerman, 21, Boyd, was fined $937.50 for OWI (first). He had his license revoked six months and he will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

Joshua Diaz Tiburcio, 26, Abbotsford, was fined $653 for operating while revoked (fourth forfeiture) and displaying a false vehicle registration plate.

Brian Randall Franklin, 51, Greenwood, was fined $602.60 for failure of operator to notify police of accident and failure to keep vehicle under control.

McAllister & Sons Transport Inc., Green Bay, was fined $534.75 for violating Class A highway weight limits.

Jason Cory Woodford, 47, Fall Creek, was fined $452.50 for operating a boat while intoxicated.

Travis Ryan Bass, 40, Minneapolis, Minn., was fined $443 for negligent operation of a motor vehicle, amended from operating while intoxicated (second).
