Kollwelter also has to complete an alcohol assessment and follow through with driver safety plan and his driver’s license was revoked for 6 months. Kollwelter had two charges of operating with PAC >= 0.08<0.15 (1st) dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Makovsky also has to complete an alcohol assessment, which includes completion of a Driver Safety Plan and he will have his driver’s license revoked for six months. Makovsky had a charge of operating with PAC >=0.08<0.15 (1st) dismissed on court’s own motion.

Nowak must complete an alcohol assessment and follow through with driver safety plan, install an ignition interlock device for a period of 12 months upon licensure and his license was revoked for seven months. Nowak had a charge of operating with PAC >0.15 dismissed on court’s own motion.
