Cordel Ashlock, 28, of Medford pled guilty to bail jumping (misdemeanor) and was ordered to pay $443. Ashlock was placed on probation for one year. This is to run concurrently with probation in Chippewa County. Conditions of probation include: DNA sample, Ashlock must undergo an AODA and follow through with all treatment recommendations, Ashlock must seek counseling as deemed necessary by the probation agent. A charge of battery (domestic abuse)(infliction of physical pain or injury) was dismissed but read in court.
Jeissily Ayala Lorenzo, 17, of Abbotsford was found guilty due to a no contest plea of operating a motor vehicle without insurance and was ordered to pay $200.50.
Jeissily Ayala Lorenzo, 17, of Abbotsford was found guilty due to a no contest plea of operate without carrying license and was ordered to pay $393.50. This charge was amended from operating without a valid license (2nd within 3 years).
Leland Bertsinger, 48, of Medford was found guilty due to a no contest plea of operating a motor vehicle without insurance and was ordered to pay $200.50.
Aaron Brown, 27, of Medford pled guilty to battery and was ordered to pay $2,443. Brown also pled guilty to criminal damage to property and was ordered to pay $443. Brown was also placed on probation for two years. Conditions of probation include: DNA sample, no contact with victims, Brown must write a letter of apology to the victims, Brown must comply with treatment and services provided by Taylor County Human Services and Brown must receive counseling as deemed necessary by the probation agent.
Tracy Gabryel, 59, of Gilman was found guilty due to a no contest plea of chronic neglect of a child (specified harm did not occur). For this charge Gabryel entered a deferred prosecution. Conditions include: Gabriel shall not commit any criminal offenses, Gabryel shall update the Clerk’s office and DA’s office with any change of address within 10 days of said change, Gabryel must comply with conditions of her bond, Gabryel must successfully complete the 1 year probation term as ordered on two other counts, Gabryel is permanently prohibited from acting as a foster parent or similar role to any child. Upon successful completion, this charge will be dismissed.

Katty Gomez, 25, of Medford was found guilty due to a no contest plea of an ordinance violation of resisting/ obstructing an officer and was ordered to pay $582.50. This charge was amended from resisting or obstructing an officer.
Brandon Lippert, 33, of Colby pled gusty to OWI (1st) and was ordered to pay $1,052. Lippert’s driver’s license will be revoked for 8 months, Lippert has to install an ignition interlock device for 12 months and complete an alcohol assessment. A charge of Operating with PAC >= 0.15 (1st) was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
Lippert pled guilty to failure of operator to notify police of accident and was ordered to pay $389.50.

Lippert also pled guilty to bail jumping (misdemeanor) and was ordered to pay $443. Lippert was sentenced to one year probation. Conditions of probation include, provide a DNA sample, write a letter of apology to Officer Dokken, AODA and follow through with any recommended treatment and counseling as deemed appropriate by the probation agent.
Lippert had charges of unnecessary acceleration, operator violate red traffic light, possession of open intoxicants in motor vehicle (driver), deviation from designated lane, improper right turn, failure to keep vehicle under control and hit and run (property adjacent to highway) dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
