Kevin Damm, 21, of Medford pled not guilty to OWI (2nd).

Kevin Damm, 21, of Medford pled not guilty to operating with PAC (2nd).

Edgar Galan Camacho, 28, of Medford pled not guilty to substantial battery (intend bodily harm).

Jakob Wickersheim, 26, of Athens pled not guilty to theft (moveable property <=$2,500).

Mary Meyer, 39, of Manitowoc was found guilty due to a no contest plea of trespassing and was ordered to pay $200.50. Meyer also had six counts of trespassing dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Plea agreement

Anthony Marshall, 34, of Medford pled guilty to theft (moveable property > $2,500-$5,000) (as party to a crime). Marshall was sentenced to a two year prison sentence with one year of initial confinement and one year of extended supervision.

Marshall pled guilty to burglary (building or dwelling) (as party to a crime) and was sentenced to an eight year prison sentence with three years of initial confinement and 5 years of extended supervision.

Marshall pled guilty to theft (moveable property <= $2,500) (as party to a crime) and was sentenced to nine months of county jail.

Marshall pled guilty to burglary (building or dwelling)( as a party to a crime) and was sentenced to an eight year prison sentence with three years of initial confinement and five years of extended supervision.

Marshall pled guilty to theft (moveable property) (special facts) (as party to a crime) and was sentenced to a six year prison sentence with three years of initial confinement and three years of extended supervision.

These sentences will run concurrently. In all, Marshall was ordered to pay $16,321.45. Marshall is to have no contact with victims, no contact with any known drug users/dealers, maintain absolute sobriety, attend AODA and follow through with any treatment recommendations, attend counseling as deemed appropriate by the probation agent.

Marshall had the following charges dismissed but read in court: entry into a locked vehicle (as party to a crime), ten counts of bail jumping (felony), three counts of theft (moveable property <= $2,500) (as party to a crime), two counts of burglary (building or dwelling) (as party to a crime), theft (moveable property )(special facts), two counts of burglary (building or dwelling) and criminal damage to property.
