eport Found guilty
Anthony Marshall, 34, of Medford pled guilty to theft (movable property > $10,000- $100,000) and was ordered to pay $7,018.55. Marshall was sentenced to three years in prison with three years of extended supervision. Marshall shall have no contact with victims. Marshall shall have no contact with any known drug users/dealers. Marshall will complete an alcohol assessment and follow through with any recommended treatment.
Marshall pled guilty to bail jumping (felony) and was ordered to pay $518. Marshall was also sentenced to one year of state prison and two years of extended supervision.
Marshall pled guilty to possession with intent (amphetamine) (>10-50g)(as party to a crime) and was ordered to pay $518. Marshall was sentenced to three years of state prison and five years of extended supervision.
All of these sentences will run concurrently. Marshall had the following charges dismissed but read in court: sixteen charges of bail jumping (felony), one charge of possession of methamphetamine, three charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, two charges of possession of THC, one charge of burglary (building or dwelling), one charge of theft (moveable property <= $2,500, as party to a crime), one charge of possession with intent (THC) (<= 200 grams) (as party to a crime) and one charge of maintaining drug trafficking place.
Jacob Aikan, 29, of Phillips was found guilty due to a no contest plea of possession of cocaine and was ordered to pay $443. Aikan was also sentenced to two years of probation. Aikan will have to complete an alcohol assessment, comply with all treatment recommendations and counseling as deemed necessary by probation agent.

Aikan had charges of failure of operator to notify police of accident, reckless driving (endanger safety) and operating while suspended dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
Alishia Evans, 38, of Milwaukee was found guilty due to a no contest plea of possession of open intoxicants in motor vehicle (driver) and was ordered to pay $263.50. Evans had a charge of operating while suspended dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
Ezekiel Glick, 24, of Medford was found guilty due to a no contest plea of operating while suspended and was ordered to pay $200.50.
Vincent Gomez, 29, of Boscobel was found guilty due to a no contest plea of theft (moveable property >$2,500$5,000)(repeater, party to a crime) and was ordered to pay $7,887.36. Gomez was also sentenced to 3 years probation.
Gomez was found guilty due to a no contest plea of criminal damage to property (Repeater, party to a crime) and was ordered to pay $443. Gomez was also sentenced to two years of probation.
Gomez was also found guilty of theft (moveable property <= $2,500 and was ordered to pay $443 and was sentenced to two years of probation. Conditions of probation include no contact with victims, no contact with co-actor, letter of apology to all victims due within 30 days, counseling as deemed appropriate by probation agent.
Gomez had charges of theft (moveable property >10,000-$100,000) (repeater, party to a crime), two charges of theft (moveable property <=$2,500) (repeater, party to a crime) and theft (moveable property >$2,500-$5,000) (repeater, party to a crime) dismissed but read in court. Cassie Haubert, 45, of Medford was found guilty due to a no contest plea of OWI (1st) and was ordered to pay $1,057.50. Haubert will also need to install an ignition interlock device, her DOT licensed will be revoked for seven months and complete alcohol assessment. Haubert had a charge of operating with PAC >= 0.15 dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
Drew Hickman, 33, of Dorchester was found guilty due to a guilty plea of operating without valid license (3rd+ within three years) and was ordered to pay $443. Hickman had a charge of speeding in 55 MPH zone (20-24 MPH) dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
Dakota Marzinske, 27, of Dorchester pled guilty to operating while revoked (revoked due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal) and was ordered to pay $443.
Yolanda Sanders, 53, of West Bend was found guilty due to a no contest plea of disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay $443. This charge was amended from battery. Sanders was also placed on probation for one year. Conditions of probation include no contact with the victim, letter of apology to the victim due within 30 days of sentencing and counseling as deemed necessary by her probation agent.
Ryan Swensen, 31, of Stanley was found guilty due to a no contest plea of failure of occupant to notify police of accident and was ordered to pay $389.50. Swensen had charges of failure to keep vehicle under control and operating a motor vehicle without insurance dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
Travis Williams, 38, of Stratford was found guilty due to a no contest plea of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and was ordered to pay $443.
Williams was found guilty due to a no contest plea of possession of drug paraphernalia and was ordered to pay $443.
Williams had a charge of bail jumping (felony) dismissed but read in court.
Deferred Prosecution
Sally Lis, 40, of Thorp was charged with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse)(infliction of physical pain or injury). Lis has entered a deferred prosecution agreement. As part of the agreement Lis must not commit any criminal offenses, comply with her bond, must write a letter of apology to the victim due within 30 days, must have no contact with the victim other than for purposes of child exchange/visitation and must keep an updated address with the Clerk of Court’s office and District Attorney’s office for a period of one year.
Robert Yeager, 67, of Medford was charged with disturbing the peace. As part of the agreement, Yeager is to not engage in any conduct which will result in Yeager being charged by the City of Medford Police Department, Taylor county Sheriff’s Department, or the State of Wisconsin for disturbing the peace for six months. Upon successful completion of the agreement the City of Medford will move to dismiss the citation.
Divorce
A divorce was granted on November 16 to Kimberly Ann Frank of Athens and Timothy William Frank of Medford.
