On October 27, at 6:54 a.m., a vehicle driven by Adam Johnson, 47, of Wausau was starting from the stop sign at Whelen Ave. to turn left (east) onto CTH O, when Johnson struck a westbound vehicle owned by Joel Rodriguez of West Valley City, Utah. Johnson stated that he did not see Rodriguez’s vehicle due to a turning semi. Rodriguez’s vehicle left the scene before law enforcement arrived. There were no apparent injuries as a result of the accident. Taylor County Sheriff’s Office
