Found Guilty

Richard Lipina, 34, of Medford pled guilty to possession of firearm (convicted of a felony) and was ordered to pay $518. Lipina was also sentenced to probation for two years with the following conditions, 30 days conditional jail time, DNA sample, alcohol assessment and follow through with treatment recommendations, counseling as deemed appropriate by the probation agent.

Stefanie Matthias, 38, of Stetsonville was found guilty due to a no contest plea of operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance and was ordered to pay $10. This charge was amended from operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

Heather Spinler, 40, of Medford was found guilty due to a no contest plea of license restriction violation (class D or M vehicle) and was ordered to pay $267.50. This charge was amended from present canceled, revoked, suspended, fictitious or fraudulently altered license.

Rochelle Worden, 40, of Prentice pled guilty to OWI (2nd) and was ordered to pay $1,651. Worden was also sentenced to 45 days of county jail with Huber privileges. Worden’s DOT license was revoked for 16 months. Worden will have to complete an alcohol assessment as well as install an ignition interlock device upon licensure.

Not Guilty Plea

Patrick Adams, 42, of Rib Lake pled not guilty to disorderly conduct.

Jorge Escobarestruda, 28, of Thorp pled not guilty to operating without a valid license (3rd+ within 3 years).

Ricardo Palma Reyes, 23, of Medford pled not guilty to exceeding speed zones (11-15 MPH).

Ricardo Palma Reyes, 23, of Medford pled not guilty to operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

Ricardo Palma Reyes, 23, of Medford pled not guilty to operating without a valid license (2nd within 3 years) Justin Stendahl, 39, of Medford pled not guilty to OWI (2nd).

Justin Stendahl, 39, of Medford pled not guilty to Operating with PAC (2nd).

Justin Stendahl, 39, of Medford pled not guilty to OWI cause injury (2+).

Justin Stendahl, 39, of Medford pled not guilty to PAC cause injury (2+).

Justin Stendahl, 39, of Medford pled not guilty to bail jumping (misdemeanor).

Justin Stendahl, 39, of Medford pled not guilty to battery or threat to judge, prosecutor, or law enforcement officer.

Celedonio Tentzohua, 24, of Elk Mound pled not guilty to battery (domestic abuse)(infliction of physical pain or injury).
