eports Violations resulting in incarceration or probation

Jesus Guadalupe Altamirano Flores, 29, Abbotsford, was fined $3,403.90 for battery (as party to a crime) and disorderly conduct (as party to a crime). He was sentenced to six months in local jail, with 140 days’ credit for time already served. He will also be placed on probation for 18 months.

Joseph G. Feldbruegge, 64, Colby, was fined $1,300.50 for causing injury while operating with a PAC (greater than or equal to 0.15, first offense). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for one year. He had his license revoked for 12 months and will be required to use an ignition interlock device. Charges of seconddegree recklessly endangering safety and causing an injury while operating under the influence were dismissed but read in to the court record.

George A. Schreiber, 65, Owen, was fined $175.30 for harassment.

Benito Sanchez Lopez, 39, Owen, was fined $162.70 for operating without a valid license because of expiration.

Jason Wade Didier, 45, Abbotsford, was fined $740.70 for three counts of hunting with an improper license - R. He had his DNR Chapter 29 privileges revoked for two years.

Jason Allen Cederhom, 23, Medford, was fined $303.30 for hunting game birds or game during closed season (except deer, bear, elk).

Duncan William Hoeper, 17, Colby, was fined $295 for operating an ATV or UTV in a careless way.

Brandner Harvesting Inc., Medford, was fined $263.50 for non-registration of other vehicle.

Victor Manuel Gutierrez Maciel, 50, Dorchester, was fined $232 for operating an ATV on a roadway by a person less than 16 years old.

Jonas Bautista Bautista, 23, Abbotsford, was fined $200.50 for possessing open intoxicants in a motor vehicle – passenger.

Laura Jean Harmon, 58, Owen, was fined $200.50 for a license restriction violation – Class D or M vehicle.
