Court dates Oct. 16-31 Violations resulting in incarceration or probation Derris Donald Funmaker, 37, Wisconsin Rapids, was fined $3,974 for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC, fourth, alcohol fine enhancer). He was sentenced to 245 days in jail, with all but 29 days of his sentence withheld. He was also placed on probation for two years. Charges of operating while intoxicated (OWI, fourth, alcohol fine enhancer and resisting or obstructing an officer were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Jesus Guadalupe Altamirano Flores, 29, Abbotsford, was fined $3,403.90 for battery (as party to a crime) and disorderly conduct (as party to a crime). He was sentenced to six months in local jail, with 140 days’ credit for time already served. He will also be placed on probation for 18 months.
Joseph G. Feldbruegge, 64, Colby, was fined $1,300.50 for causing injury while operating with a PAC (greater than or equal to 0.15, first offense). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for one year. He had his license revoked for 12 months and will be required to use an ignition interlock device. Charges of second-degree recklessly endangering safety and causing an injury while operating under the influence were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Various forfeitures (organized by dollar amount) Andrew James Boushack, 32, Loyal, was fined $1,119 for operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.08 but less than 0.15 (first). His license was revoked seven months. He will be required to complete an alcohol and other drug assessment, and follow through; as well as complete a driver’s safety plan.
Jason Wade Didier, 45, Abbotsford, was fined $740.70 for three counts of hunting with an improper license - R. He had his DNR Chapter 29 privileges revoked for two years.
Sierra Simone Johnson, 27, Neillsville, was fined $664.50 for operating while revoked (forfeiture first), displaying a false vehicle registration plate and a license restriction violation (Class D or M vehicle).
Ryan M. Cota, 24, Gilman, was fined $579 for misdemeanor bail jumping. Two counts of felony bail jumping were dismissed but read in to the court record.
