OURT Court dates Oct. 1–15 Violations resulting in incarceration or probation Christopher J. Bergeron, 19, Loyal, was fined $1,096 for battery (domestic abuse, attempt) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for two years. Charges of felony bail jumping (domestic abuse assessments), two counts of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments) and child abuse – intentionally cause harm were dismissed but read in to the court record.

Brandon J. Johnson, 37, Greenwood, was fined $543 for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments). He was sentenced to 10 days in local jail. A charge of criminal damage to property (domestic abuse assessments) was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Various forfeitures (organized by dollar amount) Bogdonovich Trucking, Willard, was fined $1,784.91 for violating Class A highway weight limits.

GS Trucking of Neillsville was fined $1,646.80 for violating Class A highway weight limits.

Uriel Itehua Tzompaxtle, 21, Minnesota City, Minn., was fined $1,124.60 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, first) and failure to keep vehicle under control. He had his license revoked six months and will be required to undergo an alcohol assessment. A charge of operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC) greater than or equal to 0.08 but less than 0.15 (first) was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Bugar Transport Inc., Loyal, was fined $951.90 for violating Class A highway weight limits.

Kiley Ann Greenwald, 17, Loyal, was fined $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Howard A. Hainz, Neillsville, was fined $317 for violating Class A highway weight limits.

Nana O. Abrokwah, 51, Shrewsbury, Mass., was fined $301.30 for speeding on an expressway (25-29 mph).

Jeron Keith Jackson, 42, Marshfield, was fined $295 for exceeding speed zones, etc. (1-10 mph, amended from exceeding speed zones 30-34 mph).

Christopher Adam Anderson, 33, Spencer, was fined $263.50 for disorderly conduct – county/municipality.

Ronald Clarence Demers Jr., 57, Hixton, was fined $263.50 for disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle.

Steven T. Bringle, 32, Yorkville, Ill., was fined $232 for operating an ATV or UTV improperly on routes/ trails/lands/roadway.

Jackson Robert Dietsche, 21, Loyal, was fined $232 for failure to comply with federal boat lighting requirements.

Timothy John Greif, 57, Anamosa, Iowa, was fined $232 for operating, selling, renting or manufacturing an ATV that emits a noise greater than 96 decibels.

Alisha Jo Blader, 42, Neillsville, was fined $175.30 for disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle, amended from speeding in a 55 mph zone (1-10 mph).

Bo Arden Dircks, 26, Gilman, was fined $175.30 for failure to stop at a stop sign.

Theresa Marie Grebinoski, 62, Neillsville, was fined $175.30 for a general commercial district zoning violation.

Garth Hill Johnson, 51, Stanley, was fined $175.30 for failure to yield right-of-way from a stop sign.

Ashley Marie Dietrich, 35, Thorp, was fined $169 for unlicensed dogs and cats.
