PART-TIME DEPUTY CLERK – TREASURER The Village of Dorchester, Wisconsin, is seeking an experienced professional to work approximately 20 hours per week as Deputy Clerk - Treasurer. Successful candidate must be a highly motivated and responsible person. Must have a pleasant personality with good communication skills, able to work independently, multitask, detail oriented, meet deadlines and be proficient in computer skills, MS Word and Excel. This person’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparation of agendas/minutes, elections, tax collections, licensing, permits, accounting and clerical functions in accordance with State Statutes and/or Municipal Ordinances. Attendance may be required at evening board meetings. Applicant must hold a valid driver’s license, have reliable transportation, a high school dipolma plus one year experience in clerical operations and/or office work or any equivalent combination of acceptable or related experience or training. Starting wage will be based on candidate’s qualifications, experience and ability.
