The Haunted Trail Colby, Wisconsin 2025 Donations from visitors This year’s Haunted Trail, sponsored by The Hornet’s Nest, had its biggest season to date. Over 950 people attended the spooky event held at the Colby school forest last Friday and Saturday. Thirty-five volunteers and help from the Colby-Abby Police Department, Central Fire and EMS, the Colby Show Choir, the CHS Student Council and Baumgartner Lumber helped make the event possible. Non-perishable food items were collected as donations for the local food pantry and funds were raised for the IDEA Foundation and other Colby school organizations.
