Administrators present were Ryan Bargender, Melissa Pilgrim, Abbey Frischmann and Georgia Kraus. Others present were Ashley Dake, Sean Wiese, Troy Devine and Nathaniel Underwood (TP Printing). Ryan Bargender, district administrator, presented his report to include uploaded documents, personnel, goal update, bilingual education/ EL services update, special education update, legislative update, budget update, construction update, out of office and upcoming events. Melissa Pilgrim, MS/HS principal, presented her report to include Rtl committee, spirit week, parent/teacher conferences, test drive event, solo & ensemble, testing day, spring sports and prom. Abbey Frischmann, elementary principal, presented her report to include child development days, state testing begins, zones of regulation training and parent/teacher conferences. Georgia Kraus, district accountability coordinator, presented her report to include district goals, grants, data, and enrollment update. Alex Larson, athletic director, presented his report to include sports physical day, mid quarter 3 athletic code violations, coaching vacancies/approvals/resignations, baseball update, softball update, track & field update, basketball wrap ups and wrestling wrap ups. Troy Devine, technology assistant, presented his report to include AirTame, security camera replacements, interactive board replacements, Chromebook testing set up and switching interactive boards to new network. Sean Wiese, maintenance director, presented his report to include personnel information, training conducted, inspections and progress on projects. Selenia Espino presented an update on the Marathon County Children with Disabilities Board (MCCDEB) meeting held on February 20, 2025.
