Administrators present were Melissa Pilgrim, Georgia Kraus, Ryan Bargender, and Abbey Frischmann. Others present were Ashley Dake, Sean Wiese, Troy Devine and Kevin O'Brien (TP Printing). Ryan Bargender verified the proper posting. There were no public comments. Ryan Bargender, district administrator, presented his report to include uploaded documents, personnel, goal update, bilingual education/EL services update, special education update, legislative update, construction update, out of office, and upcoming events. Melissa Pilgrim, MS/HS principal, presented her report to include FBLA state qualifiers, Spring assessment day, math meet, MS incentive trips, scholarship winners, RTI committee, parent/family meetings, test drive and district goal updates. Abbey Frischmann, elementary principal, presented her report to include mid year staff meetings related to individual goals, Falcon support meetings, parent/teacher conferences, and child development day. Georgia Kraus, district accountability coordinator, presented her report to include district goals, grants, and data. Alex Larson, athletic director, presented his report to include open coaching positions, quarter 2 academic/conduct violations, coop violations, girls basketball, boys basketball, wrestling, and WIAA board of control February meeting. Troy Devine, technology assistant, presented his report to include Tech Ed lab phone ringer, new scanners, iPads, Airtame, 4K registration, construction updates, managed detection and response, and south gym sound system quotes. Sean Wiese, maintenance director, presented his report to include personnel information, training conducted, inspections, and progress on projects. Selenia Espino presented an update on the Marathon County Children with Disabilities Board (MCCDB) meeting held on January 16, 2025. Ryan Bargender presented an update on CESA 10 Board of Control meeting held on December 12, 2024, and CWETN meeting held on January 27, 2025.
