SUBSTITUTE TEACHER TRAINING CLASS Monday, Sept. 9 • 6-8 p.m. LOCATION: District Office 705 N 2nd St. (Door #19) The Colby School District will be offering a Substitute Teacher Training Class to help individuals who have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (IN ANY FIELD), from a US accredited institution, with resources to help them obtain a three-year short-term substitute license. This training will provide participants with an overview of the online course required to become a substitute teacher and set them and these students up for success. Participants will receive assistance creating logins for both the online substitute training class and the WI Department of Public Instruction online licensure program. Enrolling in this class will give the participant an opportunity to earn extra money by being an on-call substitute for the Colby School District while enjoying a flexible schedule and meaningful job opportunity.
