ST MARY CATHOLIC CEMETERY ASSOCIATION REGULATIONS: No workmen other than those approved by the cemetery association permitted to work, dig, or bury in cemetery. Grave holders purchase burial rights to grave plot. Title of land remains vested in the name of the cemetery. Notification of any transfers, even among family, to the cemetery association by info below to keep records up to date. Care of monuments or markers are the responsibility of the grave holder. No recreational vehicles of any kind allowed. No planting of trees or shrubs. No cans, bottles, glass containers or glass of any kind allowed. All flowers/decorations must be affixed to or on the monument or foundation, no decorations in ground. Remove flowers by Labor Day. Anything on the ground will be removed without notice or liability on the part of the cemetery. Cemetery is closed from dusk to dawn.
