Key Responsibilities: You will manage the Food Service Department including our summer school food service program. Lead, mentor, engage and develop teams to maximize their contributions, including assessing, training, coaching, and managing performance. • Monitor food production and service to ensure that planned menus are followed and that substitutions comply with meal requirements. • Maintain food service programs such as Summer Food Service Program, Ala Carte Programs, After School Snack Program, Farm to School, Direct Diversion, Commodities, DOD, etc. • Responsible for all reporting required by the WI Department of Public Instruction. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree level education or Associate’s degree in the area of Food Service Management or Nutrition preferred. • Minimum three (3) years of experience in activities in the field of food preparation and handling. • Registered Dietitian status desired.
