— COLBY SCHOOL DISTRICT — DISTRICT WIDE SCHOOL NURSE (200 DAYS PER YEAR) Responsibilities: • Provide nursing services to support our medically fragile student population. • Develop emergency medication plans and assist/advise/ support administration on day-to-day issues involving health concerns for students. • Provide data analysis and state mandated reporting • Develop, implement and review health related policies and procedures. • Identify and follow up on health related concerns for students and staff. • Provide health instruction as requested. • Other duties as deemed essential for school health services.
