Medford Area Public School District Nurse Medford Area Public School District is accepting applications for a District Nurse to add to our School Nursing Team to facilitate the required school health and emergency nursing services. • Experience working with school age children, knowledge of immunization requirements and communicable disease control, excellent communication skills and certifiable as Red Cross First Aid/ CPR Instructor. Position will have: health support for families, health educator role, and work in partnership with existing district wide school nursing team, IEP and 504 teams, and Student Services Team. • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and hold the appropriate nursing credentials. • The employee shall remain free of any alcohol or illegal substance in the workplace in compliance with Policy 4122.01 throughout his/her employment in the district.
