BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES SOCIAL WORKER Price County Health & Human Services Department Price County is accepting applications for a full-time Behavioral Health Services Social Worker within the Health & Human Services Department. This is a full-time, 40 hour/ week position within the Behavioral Health Unit serving children, youth, adults, and families faced with mental health and/or substance abuse challenges. The position has extensive contact with the public, other professional service providers in the community and other employees in the department. Position functions are performed in an office, client home and community setting. Major job responsibilities of this position focus on providing case management for persons on Chapter 51 Mental Health Commitment Orders or Substance Use Commitment Orders, persons that have voluntarily enrolled in the Intensive Supervision Program for OWI offenses, and persons who have asked for assistance on an informal basis for mental health or AODA concerns. Position requires crisis on-call rotation. The position is under the direct supervision of the Behavioral Health Services Unit Supervisor and the general supervision of the Health & Human Services Director. This is a full-time, regular, non-exempt position with a starting hourly wage of $28.71 (Grade 8) and full benefit package. Benefits include Wisconsin Retirement System with a 7.2% employer match, income continuation insurance, choice of multiple health insurance plans with a free nearsite clinic, free mental health benefits, 22 days of paid leave within the first year, 11 paid holidays per year, paid maternity/paternity leave, and quarterly employee lifestyle enhancement reimbursement perk.
