School board members, administrators and local community leaders got a tour of the ongoing construction at Medford Area Senior High School on June 8. (Above) Visitors checked out the hallway in the new addition where there will be science and art classrooms. (Left) The welding bays in the tech ed building addition. (Below left) Space in the new Raider Cafe space which will serve as a retail store and concession area for events in the gym. (Below center) The wood bracing between the studs will allow extra reinforcement for cabinets in the science rooms. (Below right) The upper landing on the stairwell on the south end of the new addition. It will lead to an at-grade exit improving accessibility to the lower level of the school.
