In addition, Section 9.6.11 of the City of Medford Code of Ordinances prohibits property owners from growing or pollinating any weeds, grass or brush which causes hay fever in human beings, emitting unpleasant or noxious odors or may conceal filthy deposits or provide for the accumulation of trash or litter.
