CHAPTER 116 AND THE ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS UNDER WIS. STATS., 323.60 & 323.61 Subject to the requirements of Section 324 of Title III of the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA) of 1986, notice is hereby provided on the availability of information collected under SARA Title III, also known as the Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act (EPCRA). EPCRA submissions and information submitted to, or developed by, the Taylor County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC), are available for public inspection at the Taylor County Emergency Management Office located at 224 S 2nd Street Medford WI 54451 during normal business hours. Submissions, information and records available may include, but are not limited to: • County Wide EPCRA Strategic Plan • Facility EPCRA Off-Site Response Plans • Chemical Inventory Reports • Chemical Safety Data Sheets • Chemical release notification and written follow-up reports Note: Information available is limited to compliance with 42 U.S.C. Chapter 116 and does not include all chemical information for facilities and transportation incidents that may pose a threat to human health, safety and the environment.
