Demolition and removal of all existing equipment needed to be replaced including but not limited to condenser, evaporator, line set and insulation. Bids must include all necessary electrical work. Siemens DDC Controls and Siemens field firmware flash update of new equipment. A/C system must be in direct control with the extension of existing Siemens BAS. Factory trained technician to perform start-up of new system.
