County board chairman Jim Metz (right) presented a plaque to JoAnn Slaga for her years of service in the Taylor County Commission on Aging office. The Aspirus volunteers gathered on Thursday, August 21, to present a $500 donation to representatives from the Medford VFW Post 5729 for their building fund.
