Share your input for the 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment A collaboration between Aspirus Medford Hospital & Clinics and the Taylor County Health Department 158752 The community health needs assessment (CHNA) uses the feedback you provide to identify and address the health needs of all community members, with a special focus on underserved people who have high needs and limited resources. Please let us know what’s important to you and your neighbors.
