Notice of Public Hearing City of Medford NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons in the City of Medford that a public hearing will be held on Monday, September 23, 2024, at 6:00 pm at the City Hall, 639 S 2nd Street, to inform the public and to solicit comments on the Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) Facility Plan Amendment. The Medford WWTF has been in service for many decades, and due to the age and condition of the WWTF, periodic upgrades are needed for the WWTF to remain in compliance. The City’s recommendation in this Facility Plan Amendment is to install a new septage receiving tank, rehabilitate the existing headworks and chemical feed buildings, and construct a new odor control unit.
