LEAD MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN TAYLOR COUNTY BUILDINGS GROUNDS AND PARKS DEPARTMENT Starting Pay Rate: $23.14 Excellent benefits to include participation in the Wisconsin Retirement System with 6.9% County Match The full-time Lead Maintenance Technician position is responsible for assisting in directing the work of the Maintenance Technicians, Custodians and seasonal staff. Performs assigned maintenance tasks in county buildings, parks and on the grounds to include Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning [HVAC], electrical, plumbing, general carpentry, grounds upkeep and custodial duties. Applicants must have a High School diploma or GED equivalent. Prefer education with two to three [2-3] years of experience in trades work such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other operating systems and general carpentry or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities to fulfill the position.
