Child Support Director/Specialist Price County Child Support Department Price County is accepting applications for a full-time Child Support Director/Specialist within the Child Support Department. This position is a divided position and is responsible for the overall function of Price County’s Child Support Program, as well as maintaining and assigning caseloads for the Child Support Agency. Individual is responsible for managing all aspects of their assigned caseload, including intake, establishing support obligations, case monitoring and enforcement. Director duties include, but are not limited to, preparing an operating budget for the department, oversight of the child support program, supervision of agency employees, ensuring compliance to all federal and state Child Support requirements and regulations in areas of paternity, court order establishment and enforcement. As a function of the Price County Child Support Agency, this position is responsible for establishing, modifying, and enforcing court orders for child support and medical insurance, establishing paternity, and for the financial management of court orders on the statewide KIDS system. This position is under the direct supervision of the County Administrator. This is a full-time, regular, exempt position with a full benefit package. Benefits include Wisconsin Retirement System with employer match, income continuation insurance, choice of multiple health insurance plans including a no deductible plan, 22 days of paid leave within the first year, 10 paid holidays per year, paid maternity/paternity leave, and quarterly employee lifestyle enhancement reimbursement perk. Dental/vision, flex spending, WI Deferred Comp, life, short-term disability, accident, and cancer/critical illness coverages are available.
