TOWN OF HALSEY Sealed Bids Wanted CULVERT INSTALLATION: Placement of two 72-inch diameter by 60-foot culverts in proximity to each other on Nehrbass Road located 1/2-mile south of County Road A. Culverts and couplings have already been purchased by the township. Bid is to be complete and include all removal costs, installation costs, product cover, rip rap, and erosion control. No bids per hour will be considered. SCOPE OF PROJECT: Remove existing road base and culverts. Install 2 new culverts (culverts & couplings have been purchased by the town). Install 8-12 inch rip rap around the culverts. Reinstall road base and any new product required. Compact road base to required height. Install erosion control. Disposal of old culverts. Proof of insurance certificate must be provided with the bid. The Town of Halsey has the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
