PUBLIC NOTICES VILLAGE OF EDGAR Summary of Resolution No. 10-2025 At its December 8, 2025, meeting, the village board of the Village of Edgar adopted Resolution No. 10-2025, authorizing additional village personnel to issue parking citations within the village. Under this resolution, the village administrator, public works employees and village trustees are designated as duly authorized village officials, in addition to the Edgar Police Department, to issue parking citations for violations of the village's parking ordinances, as allowed under Wisconsin law. The resolution also approves the use of a standardized village parking citation form and clarifies procedures for payment, contesting citations, and forwarding contested matters to the appropriate court.
