Stratford Historic Well House Restoration 2025 Campaign The Stratford Area Historical Society, Inc., a 501(c)3, owns the Historic Well House. The Well House, constructed in 1920, is in need of repairs. The roof replacement was completed in 2025 as the first step to preserve and restore the exterior of the building.
