TOWN OF HALSEY Notice of Budget Hearing Notice is hereby given that on Monday, November 11, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. at the Halsey Town Hall, a public hearing on the proposed 2025 budget will be held. The proposed budget is available for inspection by appointment only at the clerk's house by calling 715-297-9363. Notice of Special Town Meeting Immediately following the completion of the budget hearing, there will be a special town meeting to: 1) Approve the 2024 town tax levy to be collected in 2025 pursuant to Section 30.10(1) (a) of Wisconsin Statutes. 2) To approve the total 2025 highway expenditures pursuant to Section 82.03 of Wl Statutes. 3) To approve the debt service addition of $40,000 to the levy.
