VILLAGE OF STRATFORD UTILITY CLERK/TREASURER Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to: • Monthly utility billing, collecting and receipting funds. • Serving as the customer service representative for the Electric, Sewer and Water Utility department. • Collection and settlement of annual taxes and dog licensing. • Experience with accounting and computer skills are necessary (proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook). • Regular evening meeting attendance is required.
