VILLAGE OF EDGAR Zoning Hearing Notice NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the plan commission of the Village of Edgar, Marathon County, Wisconsin, at the village hall, 224 S. Third Ave., Edgar, Wisconsin, on the 8th day of January 2024 at 7:10 p.m. to hear and consider the request by River Country Coop to rezone the following parcels from B-3 Extensive Commercial to B-1 Central Commercial - physical address: 327 W. Redwood Street. Parcel: 121-2804-124-1168 Parcel: 121-2804-124-9946 Parcel: 121-2804-124-1166 Parcel: 121-2804-124-1167 The purpose of the rezone will allow for the future creation of smaller lots by certified survey map and will allow for the current ground features to be placed on their own individual lot(s). All interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing and provide their input on the proposed rezoning. Attendees may present their opinions, concerns, suggestions, or questions regarding the proposed rezone. Written comments may also be submitted before or during the hearing.
