She is so very pretty with her white and black coat, with a white tip on her tail. Tootsie is a timid, bashful gal that is very sweet in nature but a little unsure of new people (given her past life being bred and not getting the attention she deserved). She is ready to live out her retirement learning all the joys humans can offer her! Tootsie would benefit from a quiet and patient 'furever' home that can meet her where she is at.
