They observed and spent time each week at Learn-a-Lot Preschool or with the kindergarten and first grade classes at the elementary. Above right, Greenwood FCCLA (Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America) members created these itty-bitty Halloween costumes out of felt for the babies and families who had to celebrate their first Halloween in the NICU. We hoped to bring a little cuteness and kindness to their stay in the hospital.
