Every week November 9 Road, Neillsville, CAMO (Community and Military Outreach) program will have a holiday survival workshop in the Welcome Center Theater Room from 6-7:30 p.m. Unwrap practical tips to keep your sanity and holiday spirit intact. The Loyal Area Historical Society will have a soup supper at St. Anthony Church dining hall from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Menu includes chili, chicken noodle soup, and fixings. November 6 November 22, 23, 28, 29 November 14 There Once Was A Barn Holiday Boutique, will hold its 12th annual event from 9 a.m.-5 p.m., featuring a collection of local artists and artisans. The Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) will have a resource expo from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Thorp Fire Hall. There will be speakers, vendor tables, a light breakfast and lunch, and lots of prizes. For questions, call 715-743-5166. November 25 Extension Clark County will present “Hidden Challenges on the Farm” at the Clark County Courthouse, 517 Court St., Neillsville, with a session on child care from 9:30-11 a.m. and a session on health care from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. The child care session will help participants integrate child care into farm risk management and budget for child care costs. The health care session will help participants manage health insurance as part of farm risk. People may attend one or both sessions. Free but registration required. Freewill offering, non-perishable food items, or cash donations will benefit King’s Food Pantry in Spencer. The Loyal-Greenwood Red Hats will meet at the Loyal City Hall at 2:30 p.m. to pool rides to Posy Patch for 3 p.m. fellowship and supper. To sign up call Lois, 2558307, or Joanne, 267-7264.
