VILLAGE OF SPENCER REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS REFUSE AND RECYCLING COLLECTION The Village of Spencer will be accepting proposals for refuse and recycling collection for a period of five years commencing Jan. 1, 2026. Bid specifications can be obtained by contacting the clerk’s office, 105 S. Park St., P.O. Box 360, Spencer, Wl 54479, or call 715-659-5423, or email chris.helgestad@villageofspencerwi. gov. The proposals will be received up until 4 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 30, 2025, at which point they will be opened and read aloud and considered by the village board at their Nov. 10, 2025, meeting.
