Heartsaver Adult CPR/AED course offered to GHS community members ♥ The American Heart Association Heartsaver Adult CPR/AED course is being offered to interested Greenwood School District residents. The course is designed to target a broad audience and prepares the general public to provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner. The course goals include cognitive and psychomotor objectives. Heartsaver Adult CPR/AED is an instructor-led course that is video-based, and includes group interaction, hands-on coaching, and feedback from an AHA instructor. TO REGISTER: Please contact the high school office if interested in the Heartsaver Adult CPR/AED course. Preferable dates are the second Wednesday of each month. Time to be determined. Payment is submitted at time of registration payable to: Greenwood School District. COURSE HOURS COST Heartsaver Adult CPR/AED 2.5-3 Hours $35 Heartsaver Renewal Courses 1.5-2 Hours $30 Add-ons: Child/Infant CPR 1 Hour $10/each (new) $5/each (renewal) *Course cost includes: AHA student textbook and course completion e-card.
